-Jury out- Sometimes the State or Def will object to a witness, at that point the Jury will go out and the questioning will continue, so that the party that called the witness can show the relevance of their testimony, and the judge will either overrule, or sustain the objection. If overruled, the witness will give their testimony again in front of the Jury, and sometimes SOME of the testimony has to be left out (in most cases, being ‘hearesay’, and esp because Woody isn’t a witness, so her words are often left out!)
